WHAT'S UP WITH SHIPPING?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-7 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation and the accompanying USPS tracking number when your package has shipped.
The Break is happy to offer both domestic and international shipping.
For orders sent to addresses within the US, The Break offers a $7 USPS flat rate and your package will arrive anywhere between 3 – 8 business days once shipped.
For international orders, The Break offers an $18 flat rate with USPS international first class shipping. Estimated delivery is between 10-21 business days and includes limited tracking information as we cannot track exact whereabouts once the package has left the country. Customs offices may delay estimated arrival dates. Customs fees and/or taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
The Break assumes no responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen.
WHAT IF I'M NOT SATISFIED?
With the exception of sale items, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days for a full refund.
To make a return to The Break, please complete the following steps:
1. Mark the Receipt – Mark the items you are returning on the receipt that came with your order and include it in the return shipment
2. Mail the item back to us – Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping
Refunds are made to the same method of payment as your order and are processed within 10 days from the arrival of your return package. When this appears on a credit card statement will vary depending on the bank.
Because The Break offers one-of-a-kind merchandise, we cannot provide exchanges for size or color. However, store credit is available. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any additional questions!
WHAT SIZE AM I?
When shopping for vintage and pre-owned pieces online, it’s best to follow the garment measurements as opposed to the marked size. Clothing and sizing has changed over time and differs between brands. All products on The Break Vintage have their complete measurements noted on their product page. DO YOU RESPECT MY PRIVACY?
Of course we do! The Break collects customer information in an effort to improve our customers’ shopping experience, to communicate with our customers about our products, services and promotions, and to enhance and improve the performance and accuracy of our operations and website. We collect information such as your name, e-mail and postal address and credit card numbers, that you provide to us when you place an order, when you save your information with us or when you participate in a sweepstakes, promotion or survey. The Break may use your information collected online to process and fulfill your order. We do not share any of this information with third parties.
ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW?
The Break Vintage claims no ownership over the brands, names, and trademarks listed for sale. We are not affiliated with any design or production companies. Our products are curated from vintage, consignment, and thrift stores throughout the world. While we follow strict guidelines for maintaining the highest quality product, normal wear should be expected. Because of the second-hand, transient nature of vintage, some pieces may have areas of discoloration or wear. Imperfections will be noted to the best of our ability.
